Since Auraliya is a home first and a rental property second, we do not accept bookings for weddings, parties or functions. Please note that we can comfortably accomodate a maximum of 12 guests.

our rates
The current rates are USD$1500 a night year round apart from peak season (December to April) when the prices rise to USD$1700 nightly. To secure your booking a 50% deposit is payable transferred to our bank account, with the balance to be transferred not less than a month before occupancy please.

To secure your booking a 50% deposit is required with the balance due not less than thirty days before occupation.
Year-round: in the event of cancellation two months before the 50% deposit will be retained. Three months at Christmas, New Year and Easter as most groups plan a year in advance and it would be hard to rebook so close to a major holiday. For cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged. We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for any injuries that may be incurred at Auraliya.
things to note
All tourists are required to have a visa to visit Sri Lanka implemented by the Department of Immigration. These can be obtained on arrival, but we strongly recommend getting them on-line at least three working days prior to visiting. During major holidays the queue is long and getting them on-line is very straight forward. You will need your flight and passport details along with a credit card to complete the procedure.
